Do you have limits on where you will travel for an event?

No we don’t. If you would like us at your event, we will do what we can to accommodate your request

Can I request particular songs/repertoire for my event?

Yes, definitely! We will do what we can to accommodate your request. Please note that there may be an additional charge should music be required to be specially arranged for your event

What do we need to provide for you?

All we ask for is 4 chairs and some water! If you require us for longer than 4 hours then we would also request some snacks to keep us going!

How long would you play for?

We will play for the contracted amount of time (eg 3pm – 6pm), however playing continuously without a break is challenging both physically and mentally, therefore we would need to take a couple of breaks. We would endeavour to fit any breaks around natural breaks within our contract (eg moving from the Church to the reception venue)

What about your travel to the venue?

If the venue is reasonably local to us, then there would be no charge for travel. However, if there is a more significant travel requirement, then we would request a contribution to the costs

What would the payment terms be?

We would require a deposit payment of 20% on booking confirmation, with the remaining 80% 48 hours prior to the event
